I am just an average muslim trying hard to first improve and perform better myself and then on the way sharing all that a muslim or a would-be should basically be doing. This blog is just that : the fundas of Islam, with posts on various topics related to this religion. I and my family are living a life on this simple, yet amazingly relaxing and peaceful way of life. 

Why peaceful, because it is fully in tune with the nature on which we are created; that regardless of all sorts of human flaws, Islam focusses on tapping the positive strength we are empowered with, to ultimately mould us into human beings in the real sense of the word. The faith in One God, being The Only Creator, Manager and Sustainer of this whole universe and beyond, Who is keeping a personal track on each and every one of us and all the things; The One Who knows about us better than we know of ourselves.....Who Comforts us in all the situations of life....THIS is the peaceful aspect of this faith. That One God, to whom we keep a relationship above all the best relationships of this world, to whom we can confide and consult about every single thing that we experience in our worries, losses and dangers.....these and more....more beyond all the words of the world that can be used,,,,gives me and all those who have sincerely embraced this faith, that indescribable sense of peace, happiness and satisfaction in our lives, all glory belongs to Allah, Subhaanallah! 

The life in this world is dotted with problems, simple, complicated, complex, in the form of pain and sufferings. Everyone has tensions one or the other. No one is free from that, be it health, money, relationships, you name it. But with the right on-the-track faith in one All-Powerful and Most Merciful Lord, we can be sure to feel safe and secure in the Right Hands. Our Lord has not left us to ourselves in this merciless world to discover the right way to return back to our real and original home, Paradise. He has always guided man through His Prophets and Messengers whom He sent from time to time and to all parts of the world with His Message and Instructions on how to live on this planet rightly. All of us are aware of 'right guidance' all over the world in one form or the other. But the problem of these so-called right guidance are that they have been polluted by people with their own assumptions and imaginations. And so finally, God sent the last of all the Prophets, Prophet Mohammad (peace and blessings be upon him) with the ultimate message, the Holy Qur'an, preserved literally in it's complete form as per originally revealed. And this time, God protected His Word with a firewall that He hadn't imposed on any before. He, in His Vast Mercy, kept giving man chances upon chances to stop his die-hard habit of corrupting His Books time and again. But when man did this repeat offense countless times up until the second last Book, our Lord had to ultimately enforce His Protection upon His Book, blocking once and for all, each and every mischievous attempts to manhandle His Words, with not even a single letter going in or out of it! Subhaanallah!

Since the start of this millennium, the availability of valuable resources on this wonderful and truthful religion Islam has been increasing steadily and at a breath-taking speed. Anyone can get any amount of info related to all about Islam with a click .....freely and generously packed with all it's goodness, which is a hallmark of Islam - all good and for everyone on this globe and beyond, free! So, the creation of this blog is just another info blog about Islam and the related topics. But then why?.....I have no unique reason to give, except that I love this faith, the best which our Merciful Allah has bestowed upon me, my family and the Muslims out there as a great favor and mercy. And so, I felt I too want to jump into this crowd of helpful Muslims who have selflessly taken pains to spend a great amount of their effort and time into spreading the word of Islam...to try to get for myself some Sadaqa Jaariya - ceaseless charity - up and running, just in case Mr.Angel of Death is looming around the corner and I might not have performed any such special deed worth mentioning in my accounts book of good deeds!  So, that's just about it as a reason to start this blog....

Even though I am a born Muslim, Islam never ceases to amaze me on almost a daily basis. There is always something new and exciting to learn and share in Islam while reading and reflecting on the Qur'an and Ahadith, which are collections of the Prophet's sayings and actions. There is no end to this rich world of knowledge and every bit of it, believe me, are all so naturally sensible and wise. The Holy Qur'an is our Creator Allah's conversation to us as a soothing delight for all types of situations: sadness, anger, fear, nervousness, tension, sickness, envy, happiness, satisfaction....the list goes on and on. I am really enjoying this endeavor, as it has always been a passion of mine to spread out anything that I learn of Islam with my near and dear ones, esp. my parents, spouse, kids and siblings. And so, when this blog was finally put together, I couldn't wait to share all that I have learnt, if I can be of any help to any sincerely seeking a simple and basic understanding of this wonderful faith.

Jazakallah - may Allah reward you - for your patience and if you liked my efforts, pls pray for me and my family.  I ask Allah to accept this from me and thereby forgive me my sins, have mercy on me and keep me, my family and the whole world steadfast on our faith in Him and His Deen and to protect us from all the trials and tribulations of this world and the next, save us from His Wrath, punishments on all the platforms: this world, our graves, the hereafter and the hellfire, and finally enter us into His Gardens of Bliss, the Jannatul Firdous....Aameen!
